Nursing science carried out directly amongst and with people: this is what the Opinion Lab stands for – an FWF-funded project run by the Institute of Nursing and Health Sciences at the Medical University of Graz. Together with the residents of the Caritas St Peter Care Home, the Opinion Lab team has developed a toolkit focused on non-pharmacological pain management. Together with the residents, a series of measures were tested and documented, designed to help alleviate pain without the use of medication.
