Successful completion of the university course in Forensic Nursing
On 2 July 2026, the graduates of the university course in Forensic Nursing celebrated the successful completion of their studies. Course participants, lecturers and supporters gathered at the premises of the programme’s partner organisation, ÖGKV, to mark this special milestone together. Twenty-nine participants successfully completed the university course and received their graduation certificates during the ceremony. These were presented by Vice-Rector Erwin Petek, the Medical and Scientific Director Sarah Heinze, and the Programme Director Karoline Riedler.
The university course in Forensic Nursing imparts specialised skills for the professional support and care of victims of violence, as well as for the legally admissible documentation of injuries. By successfully completing the course, the graduates are making an important contribution to the further development of forensic nursing and to interprofessional care in Austria.
The Medical University of Graz warmly congratulates the graduates on their successful completion of the programme and wishes them every success in their future careers.
