In early September, the graduation ceremony for the Medical University of Graz’s Intermediate Nursing Management course took place on the premises of its partner organisation, the Academy for Healthcare Professions of the Austrian Health and Nursing Association.

In a festive atmosphere, the graduates’ achievements were recognised and they were congratulated on successfully completing the programme. Vice-Rector Erwin Petek, together with the programme directors, Karoline Riedler and Gerhilde Schüttengruber, presented the 17 graduates with their certificates.

Having successfully completed the programme, the graduates possess sound knowledge of nursing science, business administration and law, and are able to apply scientific findings specifically to nursing practice, as well as systematically develop work processes, quality and care structures. They are therefore ideally prepared to take on leadership and management roles in middle-level nursing management, to lead staff, to collaborate across disciplines and to tackle even complex challenges in a solution-oriented manner.

Med Uni Graz extends its warmest congratulations!
